Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and technology teams to define system requirements and technical solutions for financial processes.
• Analyze existing and future state business processes, data flows, and system gaps to drive business transformation.
• Provide hands-on technical support for NetSuite, Concur, and Blackline, including investigating system configurations, integrations, and APIs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements documentation, system configuration, UAT, and production validation.
• Optimize finance systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage data migration activities and ensure compliance with SOX and other reporting standards.
• Leverage AI and automation capabilities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of finance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and integrating SaaS/Cloud financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Coupa).
• Extensive hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP, including strong technical and functional knowledge.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Financial ERP modules such as AR, AP, PO, GL, and FA.
• Deep expertise in Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay process ecosystems.
• Technical understanding of API patterns and payloads.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau report building and Oracle SQL.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including macros and complex formulas.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, and advanced analytics applied to finance systems.
