Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex, secure, and scalable EPM Cloud solutions to address intricate business challenges.
• Lead the design and deployment of key EPM Cloud solutions, including EPBCS, ARCS, and FCCS, to enhance business efficiency.
• Manage data integration from various sources into EPM Cloud modules, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Streamline business processes using Oracle Financials and related EPM Cloud modules to maximize operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system readiness.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Finance functional owners, and global cross-functional teams to drive consensus on technology decisions.
• Provide post-implementation support, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements for improved user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of architectural experience specifically in EPM Cloud (EPBCS).
• Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Calc Scripts, Python, SQL/PLSQL, and EPM Automate.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience defining solution architecture and data integration strategies.
• Ability to develop functional and technical specifications, test plans, and scripts.
• Experience managing EPM application security, user provisioning, and integration with IDCS/LDAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience architecting and implementing Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven experience leading on-premises Hyperion to EPM Cloud migrations.
• Deep architectural expertise in EPM Cloud modules including FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven capabilities within EPM Cloud.
• Ability to optimize EPM application performance for scalability and robustness.
