Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the full Waterfall project lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, estimation, and design.
• Partner directly with clients and end users to define business requirements and user stories.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, detailed requirements, and test artifacts for development teams.
• Support project planning activities such as scoping, task ownership, and dependency identification.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process flows, Jira records, and requirements documents.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, stakeholder sign-offs, and change discussions to ensure timely decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven client-facing experience, including partnering with stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements.
• Experience leading testing and implementation efforts and managing project timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working within the banking, financial services, or payments industries.
