Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and technology performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, and Power-BI dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and operational health.
• Elicit and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions in collaboration with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams.
• Lead the assessment of complex business and technology challenges by partnering across various business units and risk functions.
• Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to enterprise standards, architecture principles, and information security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and enhanced user experience.
• Support governance forums through the development of strategic analysis, recommendations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in these fields.
• Proven expertise in Data Analysis and Technology Governance.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to facilitate consensus among diverse groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Technology and Risk Management frameworks.
• Proficiency in Strategic Thinking and Executive Communication.
• Demonstrated ability in Cross-Functional Leadership and Solution Design.
• Experience in Change Management and Process Improvement.
