Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, IT Application Analysts, and Operations Analytics to translate complex needs into Laboratory Business System solutions.
• Independently lead complex initiatives, gathering and documenting requirements, and proposing design improvements.
• Lead project lifecycles including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Execute end-to-end functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure quality and completeness.
• Serve as an advanced support resource by performing root cause analysis and recommending durable corrective actions for complex issues.
• Drive change management by developing SOPs, advanced training materials, and delivering end-user training to ensure system adoption.
• Contribute to the development of roadmaps for supported systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience as a business analyst designing and supporting processes in related systems.
• Proven experience leading system enhancement or implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr).
• Experience supporting business processes in advanced digital laboratory systems (LIS/LIMS).
• Experience in a biotech/life sciences manufacturing environment (cGMP, GLP, ISO 13485, or CLIA).
• Experience with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) processes and change control.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps.
