Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs
• Manage end-to-end data flow across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance systems, and data warehouses
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high system reliability
• Act as an architectural bar raiser, promoting best practices in scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to align technical solutions with business needs
• Ensure all integrations meet strict security, privacy, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Workday integrations and tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services/APIs)
• 2+ years of experience working with a Workday implementation partner (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Topbloc)
• Proficiency with data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV
• Strong experience with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP
• Solid SQL and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with HR data governance and troubleshooting complex data workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to data workflows, such as anomaly detection or automation
• Exposure to Python, dbt, or modern data platforms
• Experience integrating Workday with systems like ADP, Okta, Greenhouse, or NetSuite
