Senior Business System Analyst (Order Management)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations and order management initiatives.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications to enhance Order Management applications across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain business leaders to understand requirements and develop creative technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Estimate technical effort and lead solution delivery using deep business acumen and Oracle application knowledge.
• Manage and mentor operations teams, including production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master modules.
• 3-5 years of experience building PaaS applications and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, requiring presence in the Chicago or Schaumburg office 1-2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, and AI/ML.
• Knowledge of Lean management and ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Mulesoft, OIC, and Agentic AI.
