Senior Business Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead team coordination activities including onboarding, security processing, and maintaining organizational rosters
• Oversee manpower management, civilian nomination processes, and employee award programs
• Manage digital collaboration environments including SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Confluence
• Track action items, manage taskers, and support oversight boards such as the Resource Management Board
• Manage Department of the Air Force training programs and oversee timekeeping via ATAAPS
• Coordinate travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System (DTS) and manage the GTCC program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field (or 10 years of relevant professional experience)
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibility
• Demonstrated experience managing travel through DTS and overseeing the GTCC program
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PMP certification
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and documentation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or manpower management within a federal environment
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a government or defense setting
