Senior Business Strategist, ERP

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall solution lead, connecting business objectives, operational needs, and technology capabilities into a cohesive ERP strategy.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate ERP and HCM platform options and guide the vendor selection process.
• Build business cases that quantify expected benefits, implementation costs, risks, and organizational impacts of an ERP investment.
• Provide expertise across key ERP process areas, including accounting, procurement, inventory management, and finance.
• Coordinate interactions between business stakeholders and prospective ERP vendors throughout the evaluation process.
• Support vendor demonstrations by organizing scenarios, scheduling sessions, and facilitating decision-making discussions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and strategic considerations that could impact program success.
• Drive alignment across executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading ERP strategy, selection, assessment, or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process discovery.
• Expertise documenting business requirements, process maps, workflows, and RFP materials.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology and process solutions.

• Prior Slalom experience is highly preferred.
