Senior Business Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of Medical Services budgets for proposals and contracts.
• Analyze study documentation and requests for proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding complex study budgets.
• Mentor and coach entry and intermediate staff, providing guidance and formal training.
• Maintain and enhance business tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
• Analyze diverse data sets to develop innovative and competitive business strategies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in the pharma or pharma services industry.
• Experience in proposals, finance, analytics, or medical/safety-pharmacovigilance services.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (Master’s in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in advanced spreadsheet development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial business acumen.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
