Senior Business Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of custom solutions and Agentic AI workflows using internal tools
• Identify stakeholder pain points and prioritize project pipelines in collaboration with business units
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Partner with vendors to manage the product feature and bug lifecycle from requirements to launch
• Craft and implement future-state business processes and architecture designs
• Act as a company-wide expert and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise-grade systems implementations or IT consulting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI in workflows to support customers
• Proven experience designing and implementing custom business solutions and integrations using enterprise platforms
• Deep knowledge of data modeling and business intelligence tools like Tableau
• Experience researching and implementing custom applications from marketplaces
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills in global organizations
• Excellent communication skills for critiquing technical designs and engaging senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields
