Senior Business Setup Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation options, including mainland, freezone, or offshore, based on their specific business goals.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, managing documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Formulate and execute business strategies aligned with client objectives to ensure operational optimization.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations across all jurisdictions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular status updates and reports to clients regarding their projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting, specifically in mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in project management and CRM management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
