Senior Business Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial sourcing through to onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective job descriptions
• Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels including online platforms and referrals
• Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive, smooth, and professional experience
• Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide regular progress updates to the leadership team
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent for expanding departments
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement scalable recruiting programs and processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience, specifically in-house at a high-growth tech startup
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for Business and GTM (Go-To-Market) roles
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for candidate experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, spending 3 days per week in our downtown San Francisco office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience hiring for Marketing roles
