Senior Business Product Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product and service offerings within the pharma and life sciences domain, from concept to retirement
• Establish strategic vision and develop roadmaps for multiple product offerings aligned with industry trends and regulatory environments
• Define product value propositions and target markets for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers
• Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive assessments regarding life sciences technologies and compliance requirements
• Partner with technology teams to define technical strategy, architecture, and feasibility for clinical, regulatory, or commercial solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market execution and revenue growth
• Drive continuous improvement of products and services through data insights and market feedback
• Influence and align stakeholders across the organization and client environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, technology, or a related discipline
• Deep expertise in product management, solutions development, or a related technical or commercial domain
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or broader life sciences clients (e.g., clinical operations, patient engagement, or regulatory environments)
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles and developing strategic roadmaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex, ambiguous challenges
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience partnering with technical teams to define product architecture and delivery models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value
