Senior Business Process Owner - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee processes including Source-to-Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Category Management
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in collaboration with operational teams
• Define, update, and maintain process documentation and implement necessary tools
• Ensure consistency and standardization of practices across the Group
• Train and support teams on procurement processes and best practices
• Contribute to the procurement process and tools transformation roadmap
• Define and monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with Procurement, Finance, and operational teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement function support, supply, or business project management
• Analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Experience in structuring processes and conceptualizing ways of working
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Miro
• Fluency in French and English
