Senior Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process discovery workshops with client teams
• Document current-state and future-state processes
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop process design recommendations, workflows, and implementation plans
• Work directly with clients to understand operational needs and gather business requirements
• Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and decisions from client sessions
• Support and facilitate high-visibility meetings and working sessions
• Collaborate with consulting team members to align process recommendations with broader project goals

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor's degree; or four (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Four (4) years of experience in military, consulting, finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process design, process improvement, or consulting
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading client workshops
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
