Senior Business Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans for the Apparel & Accessories business, spanning short-term forecasts through multi-year outlooks.
• Partner with Finance, Inventory Planning, and Marketing leadership to ensure execution strategies align with financial forecasts.
• Define the KPI framework for the business, including revenue per member, site traffic, conversion rate, and margin.
• Own executive-level business reviews, translating complex performance data into concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and scenario-based recommendations.
• Lead the evaluation and sizing of new business opportunities, including new products, pricing strategies, and channel initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, finance, or analytics.
• Experience in apparel, accessories, or omni-channel businesses.
• Deep experience in sales forecasts, target setting, and executive KPI reporting.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and proficiency with data visualization and planning tools.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership through data-driven, structured thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, high-impact environments.
