About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver HR programs across performance, talent, engagement, and culture
- Support succession planning, high-potential development, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with L&D and HR COEs to deliver leadership development and DEI initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and support change-management activities
- Coach managers on people practices, policies, and employee relations
- Use HR metrics such as hiring, turnover, and engagement to identify trends and recommend actions
- Build trusted relationships across teams to ensure consistent HR program delivery
Requirements
- Master's degree
- 6-8 years of HRBP experience with a total of 10+ years in HR
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven thinking and strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the tech or semiconductor industry
