Senior Business Partner, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR programs across performance, talent, engagement, and culture
• Support succession planning, high-potential development, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with L&D and HR COEs to deliver leadership development and DEI initiatives
• Drive employee engagement and support change-management activities
• Coach managers on people practices, policies, and employee relations
• Use HR metrics such as hiring, turnover, and engagement to identify trends and recommend actions
• Build trusted relationships across teams to ensure consistent HR program delivery

Requirements

• Master's degree
• 6-8 years of HRBP experience with a total of 10+ years in HR
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven thinking and strong business acumen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the tech or semiconductor industry
