About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial support and guidance
  • Evaluate and challenge investment proposals and business cases using commercial rigour and ROI analysis
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for Shared Services
  • Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and growth
  • Collect and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CA or CPA equivalent qualification
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Shared Services
  • Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning
