Senior Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead Price and Offerability commitments for the 787 program
• Partner across functions to present coordinated strategies and recommendations regarding customer configuration and change requests
• Lead complex directives to address critical projects in support of the 787 program
• Guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, and processes to meet business goals
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies established by executive leadership
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases
• Present strategic plans to executive leadership to secure approval
• Ensure follow-up action for issue resolution and manage special projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Business Operations
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior-level executives
• 5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 or more years of related work experience
• Experience coaching within highly matrixed organizations and diverse technology environments
• Background in Customer Introduction, Finance, Change Management, Sales/Contracts, or Business Operations
• Ability to think strategically and develop detailed solutions and specifications
