Senior Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and structuring of new partnership projects from scope definition to execution
• Develop and optimize scalable processes and mechanisms for partner initiatives
• Act as an interface between partners and internal areas, influencing stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Conduct performance analysis of initiatives to identify improvement opportunities and growth levers
• Structure and present executive materials with results, strategic recommendations, and future vision to leadership
• Collaborate with the Technology team to design and develop partner-focused products, translating business needs into clear requirements
• Manage the full lifecycle of partner contracts, including negotiation, legal alignment, and obligation monitoring

Requirements

• Solid experience in Business Operations, Partnerships, Strategy, or related areas
• Analytical profile with strong business sense and ability to connect data to strategic decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent executive communication and ability to influence various audiences and hierarchical levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and seniority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in technology companies or high-growth environments
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Statistics, or Computer Science
