Senior Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lead-steering mechanics for optimal distribution and prioritization
• Develop and test drop-off products to reactivate lost leads and build alternative sales funnels
• Analyze and optimize booking and closing processes to increase conversion rates and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive performance
• Define, track, and interpret relevant funnel and performance KPIs

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Proven track record in management consulting, VC/PE, venture building, or scale-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Marketing funnel/performance contexts
• Ability to develop with AI or implement AI solutions
• Fluent German language skills
