Senior Business Operations and Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the success of the Airbnb Platform in Japan
• Align country functions behind common objectives and work on cross-border projects
• Own and lead the growth of origin guest demand to increase market penetration
• Build analysis and frameworks to support country-level decision making
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams regarding key launches

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting or project management within the tech platform industry
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales operations teams
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Hospitality or Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese
