Senior Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and MIS reporting
• Use SQL for daily data analysis and modeling validation
• Prepare Google Slide presentations regarding collections and recovery insights for senior leadership
• Lead the project lifecycle for complex data analysis and requirements gathering
• Partner with Operations and Technology to identify process gaps and ensure regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams to establish business-critical data sources
• Mentor team members and improve current processes within a Snowflake environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an operational analyst position or equivalent
• High proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets using Python and statistical analysis packages
• Proven ability to synthesize and communicate complex data to senior management
• Experience analyzing financial services data
• BA/BS Degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of collections regulations (FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, Reg F)
• Experience with collections operations reporting
• Experience training or developing AI chat agents using Snowflake data
• Passion for well-tested code and testing frameworks
