About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing analytics team to measure performance, optimize ROI, and transform data into actionable insights for talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop business strategies to drive marketing channel optimization and identify underperforming channels to build business cases for strategic pivots.
- Implement new product measurement frameworks, strategies, and attribution models, including leading product-level data modeling.
- Manage and sequence the delivery of new product and marketing efforts, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing analytical team through effective people leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Recruiting teams to drive improvements in candidate quality and channel ROI.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders to influence resource allocation and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
- At least 1 year of experience performing people management.
- At least 1 year of experience performing project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in people management and project management.
- 2+ years of experience in product development, financial modeling, or economic forecasting.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience with Media Mix Modeling and/or Multi-Touch Attribution principles.
