Senior Business Manager - Strategy & Analytics (ORM)

Responsibilities

• Modernize risk analytics by transitioning from legacy manual reporting to predictive and real-time risk identification.
• Drive AI adoption within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team by integrating AI-enabled tools and automated workflows.
• Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives and complex projects in partnership with enterprise business units.
• Conduct deep-dive analytical investigations into data gaps, emerging risk trends, and organizational bottlenecks.
• Deliver executive-ready strategy documents, board-level updates, and data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and driving accountability across business partners.
• Partner with technology, data science, and risk teams to ensure alignment on joint analytics priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience performing people management.
• At least 1 year of experience performing project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
• Prior experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in people management, product development, financial modeling, or economic forecasting.
