Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support high-visibility clients in making data-driven decisions through quantitative modeling and analysis
• Collect, organize, and evaluate quantitative and non-quantitative data to solve complex client problems
• Develop and implement methodologies using techniques such as regression, optimization, and simulation
• Formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence metrics to track organizational performance
• Translate requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable reporting and data requests
• Prepare technical reports and presentations describing analytical techniques, results, and recommendations
• Train and mentor junior and mid-level analysts within high-performing project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of quantitative analysis and problem-solving experience
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analytics and visualization tools
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Secret Clearance is required
• Strong ability to communicate technical work both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the U.S. Navy or a rapid capabilities office
