Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights into business performance
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
• Identify and interpret trends to prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations for business decisions
• Produce actionable reports highlighting KPIs, operational improvements, and root cause analyses
• Use analytics to provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits for new initiatives
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support credit card prescreen population development, including audience definition and eligibility logic
• Evaluate and revamp segmentation frameworks to improve targeting and acquisition outcomes
• Conduct post-campaign performance analysis to surface optimization opportunities
• Analyze acquisition trends, funnel dynamics, and long-term profitability metrics like lifetime value (LTV)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Advanced skill in using business intelligence applications and cloud services
• Advanced knowledge of reporting capabilities within ERP, CRM, or database software
• Proficiency in statistical methods, mathematical techniques, and forecasting
• Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong data integration, cleaning, and validation skills
• Ability to communicate complex data analysis and visualizations to non-technical and senior audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit card acquisition and segmentation analytics
• Experience with prescreen strategy and funnel performance analysis
