Senior Business Finance Partner Pharma

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy formulation, planning, and performance management for the Pharma division in Italy.
• Act as a proactive Finance Business Partner to the General Manager and Affiliate CFO.
• Manage the preparation and challenge of budgets, estimates, and rolling monthly forecasts.
• Optimize the affiliate P&L through detailed analysis of gross margins and operating expenses.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and co-design contingency plans with business stakeholders.
• Monitor business trends, including sales and market dynamics, to anticipate financial impacts.
• Analyze working capital evolution to optimize cash generation and support Group objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Italian affiliate and HQ Performance & Financial Management.

Requirements

• Master's level degree in Management or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Pharma, OTC, or CHC industry.
• Proficiency in English or French.
• Strong financial technical expertise in P&L, balance sheet, and working capital analysis.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to understand commercial strategies.
• Strong IT and BI awareness, specifically regarding data management and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Benefits

• Competitive gross annual salary ranging between €65,000 and €75,000.
