Senior Business Director, Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-visibility data product strategies to enhance customer insights and personalization.
• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amidst shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
• Manage and mentor analysts, focusing on coaching and talent retention within the organization.
• Implement new product and pricing strategies and lead product-level data modeling and analytics.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses through rigorous analysis.
• Execute business intent by building requirements and overseeing multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve service quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• 3+ years of experience in product development.
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling.
• 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting.
• Previous consulting experience.
