Senior Business Development Strategy, Competitive Assessment Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive assessment analysis to develop competitor strategies and trade-offs between design approaches
• Perform primary and secondary research to drive insights on technical and business aspects of competitor approaches
• Execute business capture techniques and facilitate discussions across various business functions
• Collaborate with campaign teams to develop differentiating capture strategies
• Analyze key cost drivers in design and offer approaches to develop price-to-win analysis
• Review domestic and international customer acquisition documents, including RFIs and RFPs
• Navigate analytic uncertainty while maintaining objectivity and transparency

Requirements

• Experience working on responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and contract support
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and finance teams
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level briefings
• Knowledge of domestic and international government acquisition processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP response and contract support
• Experience in finance-related roles such as Cost Management, Accounting, or Procurement Financial Analysis
• Experience with competitive acquisitions
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Active Secret Clearance or higher
