Responsibilities

  • Master and model the modern BDR stack using tools like Apollo, Clay, and Salesforce/HubSpot
  • Build enrichment workflows at scale using Clay to source, score, and personalize outreach
  • Prioritize accounts using intent and data tools like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator
  • Automate manual work via integrations, Zapier/Make, and basic APIs
  • Carry a personal pipeline target while coaching and mentoring a team of BDRs
  • Build outbound sequences and messaging, sharing successful playbooks through call reviews
  • Onboard new BDRs to shorten time-to-first-meeting
  • Use call analytics and funnel metrics to provide targeted coaching

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales development experience
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and experience mentoring reps
  • Demonstrated mastery of prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo)
  • Strong process and analytical mindset for funnel optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity or technical B2B sales background
  • Experience building or overhauling a BDR tech stack from scratch
  • Familiarity with MDR/security buyer personas such as SOC or CISO
  • Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach
