About the role
About the Company
Raft is building the enterprise AI platform for supply chain. We have partnered with more than 60 global leaders to eliminate manual processes and unlock intelligence at scale, backed by $45M from Bessemer Venture Partners and Eight Roads.
Responsibilities
- Use AI to spot intent signals early such as funding rounds, leadership changes, and tech stack shifts
- Build and iterate enrichment and sequencing workflows in HubSpot using tools like Clay and Apollo
- Run personalised, multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video
- Use Gong to coach yourself and improve performance
- Co-own territory strategy with Account Executives and build stakeholder maps
- Share successful outbound experiments and insights across the GTM team
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with proven results
- Experience building repeatable, AI-powered outbound workflows
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other enterprise CRM environments
- Experience using Gong as a coaching tool
- Sector experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS
- High level of autonomy and accountability for pipeline generation
