About the Company

Phonely is building the infrastructure for the future of voice AI. We provide businesses with the tools to build, simulate, integrate, and deploy highly reliable AI voice agents powered by fine-tuned LLMs and scalable voice infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build daily pipeline through cold calls, DMs, emails, events, and referrals
  • Own inbound and outbound opportunities and drive deals forward
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos with prospective customers
  • Partner with founders and GTM leadership to refine messaging and outbound strategy
  • Test new prospecting motions, messaging frameworks, and growth channels
  • Document the outbound playbook and create systems for scaling
  • Act as a player-coach by helping newer BDRs improve outreach and prospecting
  • Serve as a bridge between founders and the BDR team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to work strategically while maintaining high-level execution
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on building systems rather than just hitting quotas
  • Experience in fast-moving environments
  • Interest in leadership and team development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure, or AI products
