Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a pipeline of small and medium-sized businesses from first outreach to live customer
  • Run high-quality outbound prospecting with a call-first approach to self-generate pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls and commercial conversations for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Close new merchants and collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing to raise the bar for the BDR team
  • Deliver consistently against targets including conversion rates and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales experience with full ownership of the sales cycle
  • At least 1 year of sales closing experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Call-first prospecting mindset with ability to self-generate at least 50% of pipeline
  • Experience with complex, consultative sales processes and stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial communication skills for discovery, objection handling, and closing
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential

  • Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or payments
