Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels
- Own account lists and drive engagement via calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations
- Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams
- Track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting specifically for the US market
- Prior experience as an SDR or BDR within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to personalize outreach
- Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook
- High ownership mindset and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
