Senior Business Development Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial plans and business solutions for new client briefs across Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, Livestream Commerce, and Content Commerce
• Analyze client objectives and market trends to propose strategic approaches
• Build compelling client proposals with clear storytelling and commercial rationale
• Collaborate with internal teams including Affiliate, Livestream, Content, Creator, and Operations to ensure executable proposals
• Stay updated with TikTok trends and emerging social commerce opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, E-commerce Planning, or Business Planning
• Solid understanding of the TikTok ecosystem (TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Livestream, Content Commerce)
• Strong planning, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating professional client proposals and presentation decks
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content planning and content strategy
• Familiarity with content angles, content pillars, and content houses
• Experience working with creators or KOL campaigns
• Knowledge of social media trends and TikTok best practices
