Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
• Understand client requirements and preferences
• Provide comprehensive briefings on relevant property units
• Conduct site visits and demonstrations to facilitate informed decisions
• Close deals efficiently and maintain a high sales conversion rate
• Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
• Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 10-14 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
