Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify and evaluate potential real estate projects and investment opportunities
• Conduct market research to analyze property trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate developers, agents, and corporate clients
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team
• Drive team performance through KPIs and structured performance reviews
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and closings with high-value clients
• Oversee client onboarding, after-sales service, and satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate business development or property sales management
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
