Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new business development opportunities within the Medical vertical
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners including EHR/EMR, marketplace, and reseller partners
• Develop recommendations for revenue-generating opportunities by aligning internal teams around market needs
• Grow Weave’s Medical partner ecosystem and support marketplace initiatives
• Measure partner performance and identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships
• Lead cross-functional partnership initiatives including scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives across the Medical partner landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
• Experience working in or supporting the Medical vertical (EHR/EMR platforms, healthcare SaaS, or practice management software)
• Proven ability to develop partner relationships and execute partnership plans
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS experience
• Familiarity with medical practice workflows, patient communication, or practice operations
• Existing network within the medical software or healthcare technology ecosystem
• Strong project management and organizational skills
