Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Master and sell all service lines by partnering with internal technical and operations teams
• Conduct strategic prospecting through referrals, networking, and industry events
• Perform cold calling to prospective companies matching target profiles
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments like RCRA and OSHA
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Healthcare
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress
• Maintain high sales activity with approximately 40% regional travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or Environmental Studies
• 5-7+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in Environmental Services
• Proficiency with Consultative Sales methodology
• Knowledge of environmental compliance and regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
