Responsibilities

  • Own Omnichannel revenue in Greater China by carrying quota on strategic Chinese BtC e-commerce sellers
  • Coach the Greater China sales team through training, shadowing, and joint-calling on Omnichannel positioning
  • Design end-to-end pitches combining ocean/air freight, customs, and US Omnichannel fulfillment
  • Lead pricing strategy and manage Omnichannel Customer Agreements and RFPs
  • Build the Greater China Omnichannel demand engine through outbound campaigns and channel partnerships
  • Act as the regional voice to global Omnichannel leadership regarding China-specific market nuances
  • Secure lighthouse accounts to create case studies for broader team scaling

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience
  • 3+ years selling US fulfillment, 3PL, or e-commerce logistics services to Chinese cross-border merchants
  • Deep fluency in Omnichannel/3PL concepts including DTC, B2B, and platform integrations (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop)
  • Proven player-coach track record in enabling AEs and building sales playbooks
  • Strong professional network in Chinese BtC e-commerce and cross-border seller communities
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to travel 30–40% within Greater China and internationally
