About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Omnichannel revenue in Greater China by carrying a quota for strategic BtC e-commerce sellers (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, DTC brands) shipping into the US.
  • Act as a player-coach by training, shadowing, and conducting joint calls with Account Executives to improve Omnichannel positioning and technical discovery.
  • Design end-to-end integrated pitches that combine ocean/air freight, customs, and US Omnichannel fulfillment solutions.
  • Lead pricing strategies and manage multi-million USD contracts and RFPs.
  • Build the Greater China Omnichannel demand engine through ICP definition, outbound campaigns, and channel partnerships.
  • Serve as the regional voice to global leadership, surfacing China-specific product and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling US fulfillment, 3PL, or e-commerce logistics services to Chinese cross-border merchants.
  • Deep fluency in Omnichannel and 3PL operations (DTC vs. B2B, multi-node strategy, parcel pricing, and platform integrations).
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to write professional proposals in English and pitch to executives in Mandarin.
  • Proven track record in a player-coach capacity, including coaching AEs and building sales playbooks.
  • Strong existing network within the Chinese BtC e-commerce ecosystem (Amazon/TikTok Shop sellers, DTC brands, or aggregators).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel 30–40% across Greater China and occasionally to the US.
