Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive growth in the Hong Kong FX market
• Identify and cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Investigate and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the Forex industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business efforts with market trends and customer requirements
• Analyze competitive landscapes and market data to produce reports supporting strategic decisions
• Partner with marketing units to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies
• Ensure all business activities adhere to Hong Kong's regulatory framework and company policies

Requirements

• Substantial business development experience within the Forex or financial services sectors
• Deep comprehension of Forex market dynamics and Hong Kong market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or other local languages is a significant asset
