Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of corporate clients with large numbers of lower-income employees
• Drive B2B sales to onboard companies and acquire end users to meet revenue and volume targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including conducting presentations and organizing monthly roadshows
• Establish and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase business penetration and cross-selling
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's value proposition to external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including AML and CDD policies

Requirements

• 10+ years of business development or sales experience
• Proven background in Fintech, banking, exchange houses, or financial services
• Deep understanding of underbanked payroll services within the UAE market
• Strong existing corporate networking and market connections across the UAE
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
