Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients in key sectors using an established network
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, case studies, and proposals
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Collaborate with media, creative, data, and marketing teams to align on client needs
• Manage contract coordination between clients, legal, management, and finance
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progression
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, revenue performance, and market projections
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the digital sales sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and media channels
• Established network of decision-makers and influencers in Indonesia
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the Southeast Asian digital advertising ecosystem
• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically HubSpot
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
