Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies and lead nurturing plans to drive business growth
• Design and implement sales strategies for net new business acquisition through prospecting and onboarding
• Collaborate with Sales and marketing management to grow the opportunity pipeline in target regions
• Drive qualified lead generation to achieve ambitious growth targets
• Execute effective prospecting strategies using call pitches, social media outreach, and Sales 2.0 technologies
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of 6-10 Business Development Executives
• Manage CRM data accuracy and ensure all communications are logged
• Report on team and individual performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience driving high-performance business development teams in enterprise SaaS companies
• Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
• Proficiency with Sales 2.0 technologies including ABM tools (6Sense, Demandbase, Bombora), Outreach, SalesLoft, and CRM
• Experience with database tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Seamless
• Experience in Software Solutions sales, IT recruitment, staffing, or SaaS industry focusing on international markets
• Strong leadership and team management skills for large teams
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, or startup environments
