About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities in Norway
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract execution
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business from global and regional Colocation Service Providers
  • Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships within the data center ecosystem
  • Take full ownership of specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors
  • Strong network in Norway
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English
  • Proficiency in Norwegian
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit sites across Europe
