About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities in Norway
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract execution
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business from global and regional Colocation Service Providers
- Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships within the data center ecosystem
- Take full ownership of specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors
- Strong network in Norway
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in Norwegian
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit sites across Europe
