About the role
Responsibilities
- Own business development and partner relationship growth across China and broader Asia
- Build and manage senior relationships across mobile, gaming, AI, and digital marketing ecosystems
- Generate pipeline, open strategic doors, and convert high-value partnerships and clients
- Work closely with product and engineering to translate Asia-market signals into GTM and product decisions
- Help shape the Asia GTM playbook as an early revenue leader
Requirements
- 5+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales within tech/SaaS
- Existing network in China and broader Asia across mobile apps, gaming, AI, or digital marketing
- Experience managing pipelines and closing deals
- Self-directed in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Genuine curiosity about AI and growth infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling developer tools, API-first products, or infrastructure software
- Understanding of paid acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, attribution, creative testing)
- Experience building a BD/sales function from scratch at an early-stage company
- Experience with agency partners or channel sales
