Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and form relationships with intercity bus operators partnering with FlixBus and Greyhound
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver on targets by presenting business models and negotiating contracts
• Secure new partnerships and manage existing partner accounts
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Network Planning, Government Relations, Legal, and Finance teams
• Optimize acquisition and contract processes while maintaining understanding of legal partnership structures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Consulting, specifically enabling multi-million dollar partnerships
• Strong commercial sense with experience managing P&L responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations
• Proven ability to implement processes for sales and account management excellence
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced startup environment

• Experience in the transportation industry
• Experience working at a technology platform
• Experience working with government agencies
